Kelli D. Plagmann, Chief Business Officer
Kelli D. Plagmann is a shareholder and chief business officer of Guess & Co. Corporation, the premier leader in delivering inclusive capitalism to rural, urban, and global communities through technology, real estate, energy, health care and diversified solutions. Ms. Plagmann is an experienced business professional with a diverse background. At the start of her career, she joined a local police department in an administrative support position and served as a reserve police officer. At a transportation company, Ms. Plagmann held an administrative position in which she supported the company's financial, day to day and legal operations including routinely working with the company's legal counsel on matters for the company. Ms. Plagmann gained valuable retail and hospitality experience and worked as a buyer for a distribution company. She has an extensive insurance background and has been a licensed life, health, property, casualty and annuity insurance professional. Ms. Plagmann has banking experience and served as a banker with U.S. Bank where she was responsible for personal and business banking relationships. Recently, Ms. Plagmann has been a licensed real estate professional and was instrumental in helping a growing real estate brokerage with a market expansion. She joined Guess & Co. in July of 2023. As chief business officer, Ms. Plagmann is responsible for driving revenue and profits through market penetration, business development and client/customer relationship management across the company's businesses along with management of day to day operations. Ms. Plagmann is a member of the Leadership team, a member of the management committee, and she reports jointly to the president and chief executive officer of Guess & Co. Corporation.
