Guess & Co. serves Native American Tribes looking to engage in revitalization and expansion in rural and neighboring urban areas. Our solutions include providing strategic advisory, products, and services from our core businesses of technology, real estate, energy, and health care along with our diversified products and services. We serve tribal clients through Guess & Co. Tribal Client Group, Inc.

Small Businesses

Guess & Co. provides solutions to small businesses operating in rural and neighboring urban communities. Our solutions for small businesses include providing strategic advisory, products, and services from our core businesses of technology, real estate, energy, and health care along with our diversified products and services. We serve small businesses whose annual revenues are $100,000 to just under $100 million through Guess & Co. Business Client Group.

Corporations

Guess & Co. provides solutions to corporations operating in rural and neighboring urban communities. Our solutions for corporations include providing strategic advisory, products, and services from our core businesses of technology, real estate, energy, and health care along with our diversified products and services. We serve corporations whose annual revenues are $100 million and up through Guess & Co. Corporate Client Group.

Governments

Guess & Co. provides solutions to state, federal and foreign governments operating in rural and neighboring urban communities. Our solutions for governments include providing strategic advisory, products, and services from our core businesses of technology, real estate, energy, and health care along with our diversified products and services. We serve governments through Guess & Co. Government Client Group.

Private Clients

Guess & Co. provides solutions to private clients who are high net worth individuals, high net worth families and private foundations based in rural and neighboring urban communities. Our solutions for private clients include providing strategic advisory, products, and services from our core businesses of technology, real estate, energy, and health care along with our diversified products and services. We serve high net worth individuals, high net worth families and private foundations whose net worth is $5 million and up through Guess & Co. Private Client Group.

Organizational Clients

Guess & Co. provides solutions to organizations consisting of colleges, universities and non-profits based in rural and neighboring urban communities. Our solutions for organizational clients include providing strategic advisory, products, and services from our core businesses of technology, real estate, energy, and health care along with our diversified products and services. We serve organizational clients through Guess & Co. Organizational Client Group.

Client Team 

Guess & Co. is committed to delivering world-class and white-glove level service to our clients. Upon becoming a client, you will be assigned a client management team and client solutions team. 

Client Management Team

Your client management team consists of a Client Relationship Manager and Client Relationship Officer. These individuals are your contacts for your client relationship with Guess & Co. Your client management team handles all requests and inquiries related to your client relationship with our company.

Client Solutions Team

Your client solutions team consists a Client Advisor and Senior Client Advisor along with project consultants, project managers, specialists and others as determined by your client management team. The solutions team is responsible for the delivery of the solutions you require, this team does the work to achieve your goals that have been communicated to them by your client management team.

Client Engagement Process

All potential clients must undergo a client review and acceptance process. This is streamlined and usually requires 1-2 business days, but may be completed sooner under special circumstances. The management committee of Guess & Co. must approve new client relationships as executive leadership will be involved in the delivery of solutions to the client. Upon review and acceptance of a new client, we will provide a client engagement agreement for review and signing that sets forth the nature of the engagement along with terms and conditions to ensure we meet your expectations.

Flexible Billing & Flexible Payment Terms

Guess & Co. provides flexible billing and payment terms to accommodate clients. We will provide consolidated statements or individual statements based on the client's preference. We generally provide clients with Net 30 payment terms and charge no interest for balances outstanding until after 90 days. If you require specialized billing and payment terms, please speak with your client management team to make arrangements. Guess & Co. accepts payment for invoices via credit card (up to $10,000), bank check, ACH, or wire transfer. Payments by check may be mailed to the address on your invoice or to our administrative office in Raleigh, North Carolina. We do not accept cash payments at any of our offices. 

Client Cash Rebates

We believe in partnering with our clients to help their bottom line. Guess & Co. will provide client cash rebates for certain products and services from time to time. You can speak with your client management team for specific arrangements related to your client relationship.

Client Resolution

Client satisfaction is of utmost importance to Guess & Co. If you have any issue with a product or service, or any other concern, we encourage you and ask that you promptly contact your client management team for resolution. You are also welcome to contact the Office of the President for resolution and a member of the executive resolution team will make contact with you promptly. Please allow 2-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) for someone to reach out to you.
