Mandy L. Hall, Managing Director, Secretary & Treasurer

Mandy L. Hall is a shareholder and managing director, secretary and treasurer of Guess & Co. Corporation, the premier leader in delivering inclusive capitalism to Rural America. Ms. Hall is an experienced senior executive. She joined Guess & Co. Corporation after serving as an executive and board member for a social enterprise that operated businesses to provide second chances. She has held many leadership positions with the company over the years. Her initial position was corporate vice-president before becoming chief corporate officer and serving as chief operating officer and chief financial officer. She has worked with customers and clients and the teams that supported them providing guidance and leadership. She has handled financial reporting and tax compliance. She was appointed managing director, secretary and treasurer in February of 2025. She is responsible for corporate operations, corporate governance, corporate records and corporate treasury. She seeks to ensure that the company is operating efficiently and is well-positioned to deliver sustainable revenue. She reports to the president and is a member of the management committee.
